After 7 months, Indigo (or Indy as we call him) has finally been adopted! He will remain in the Dogs at Camp family as Barry Caswell, the uncle of the owner of Dogs at Camp Ottawa, has adopted him and moved him to Thunder Bay. There he will have an older husky brother, Loki, and a 3 year old husky sister, Tia, so he will fit into the family perfectly.
Barry lives on a rural property surrounded by forest so he plans to train Indy to run free with lots of hikes in the forest and by the river. Indy is on his way to having a really good life and we couldn’t be happier. We already miss him at camp but this is the perfect family for him.
